Located in Chicago’s Lincoln Park,
this 140 unit luxury townhome development represents the optimum mix of
neo-classical exterior architecture with modern open floor plans.
Several building types and
configurations were employed in the master planning: standard walk-up
townhomes, supported units over interior congregate parking garages and
“coach house” four unit buildings with a central entry archway.
The mix of building types required
the use of many different structural systems and materials: composite
masonry bearing walls, wood floor trusses, steel frames with transfer
girders, precast as well as cast-in-place concrete.
