neighborhood, the two glass clad towers face a central landscaped plaza.
The transition between the upper levels of condominiums and three floors
of retail and parking below is accomplished by a two-way system of
4'-0'' deep concrete transfer girders.
The balance of the exterior wall system
consists of exposed concrete walls and spandrels on the outside edges of
