Located along the Chicago River adjacent
to the Montgomery Ward Warehouse, the two glass-clad towers face a
central landscaped plaza. The
transition between the upper levels of condominiums and three floors of
retail and parking below is accomplished by a two way system of 4'-0"
deep concrete transfer girders.
The balance of the exterior wall system
consists of exposed concrete walls and spandrels on the outside edges of
the buildings.
