A luxury “boutique” high rise, the
200 East Ohio Tower is designed to accommodate only one or two units per
floor.
The constrained site does not provide
enough distance for inter-floor parking ramps; the solution selected
requires the use of two car elevators to service the parking levels.
The building’s exterior wall
system consists of exposed concrete walls and spandrels, precast concrete
and Indiana limestone. |
