This project consists of 68 condominium units over 3 floors over parking with retail at the first floor. Located in the West Loop neighborhood, the 84,000 sf building stands 11 stories and is composed of an entirely reinforced concrete structure. Two-way concrete flat plate slabs span 25' between columns which are founded on belled caisson foundations.

Reinforced concrete shearwalls provide the lateral support for the project. The exterior wall utilizes a combination of brick masonry, metal panel and glass. Particularly challenging elements of this project include an extensive system of transfer girders to accommodate the transition between the residential and parking layouts and the design of 1½ story columns between the third and fourth floors away from a partial third floor mezzanine. Exterior columns also set back one foot at the transition between the parking and residential floors.
