A two-phase mixed use complex on
Waukegan's lakefront. A
parking garage will be built first to handle patrons for the
newly remodeled Genesee Theater. The second phase, market
rate apartments will be built on top of the existing (newly
constructed) garage in conjunction with the new urban master
plan for the rejuvenation of downtown Waukegan. |
