Nick Alexander from Jakarta, Indonesia, has rejoined FPSE
for a third session as an intern from Purdue University.

A standalone 35,000 sf Crate & Barrel Homestore is now
under construction in Cleveland, Ohio. Similar stores will
be under construction later this year(also designed by FPSE)
in Denver and St. Louis. |

Fitness Complex
FPSE has completed design on a 100,000 sf fitness complex in
St. Charles, Illinois
for Xsport Fitness of Big Rock,
Illinois. |

Loft Conversion
Design is well underway for a combination loft conversion
and new construction residential project in Worcester, Mass,
designed in conjunction with Mstudio of Boston. |

Luxury Condominiums
FPSE has completed design work for a 16-unit luxury
condominium building for Terrapin Properties in Longboat
Key, Florida. |

CVS/Pharmacy
Construction begins this month on a new CVS/Pharmacy store
at State and Division in Chicago. This store represents the
25th store designed in the Chicago area by FPSE. |

210 South Des Plaines
Demolition work for "The Edge", a new 24-story
condominium building at 210 South Des Plaines in Chicago,
has begun in the existing loft area to remain. The new tower
structure, within the existing building, should begin
construction this fall. |

Resort
FPSE has been selected by Intercontinental Commerce of
Washington DC to work with Mstudio of Boston in the design of a new golf resort
located in Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic. |

12-story luxury highrise conversion in Chicago's Gold Coast. |
